• Observation of overall operations, hospitality points and any-format classes through “mystery shopping” - helping you decide through what I uncover, how to best allocate time & money on the next level of your business

• Refreshing/Revising standard operating procedures and handbooks; what worked in 2016 does not work in 2024!
